Shipping rate not applied

Hello, 

Please can you help? I am new to square and am making my way around it.

There is one thing that is proving to be challenging;  I have added shipping to the back end of the website, however, when testing it live, it is not there; am I missing something?

I have been through, what appears to be everything, but still the shipping rate is not applied when you go to purchase a product.

Hi @JRStitches, really sorry to hear this! Usually, the shipping fee will apply when the customer has enter their shipping address. If you have enter the address and the fees are still not coming up, would you mind sending me a link to your website? That way, I can definitely test this further on my end.
