Hi guys we have a square reader and a payment was taken successfully (as we saw a 'approved' message on our tablet) but it is not reflected as invoice paid? Why would that be?

So just to clarify, the payment is not appearing on your transactions tab, is that right? Do you know if the payment went through on your customer's card at all?
