Page SEO wont save?

I have just started to age SEO to my pages title and description, but its not saving any of the details when click save?? Soo confused? I checked SEO Settings for Square Online | Square Support Center - US (squareup.com)

and the visible to search engine doesn't exit either? Thanks for help in advance.

As a starting point, can you let me know what web browser you are using and what browser version? If you're not sure you can go to www.supportdetails.com and this website will let you know these details!
