Hi All, Could I get some advice please on how to stop staff viewing sales and inputting items????, I would like to put a pin on each square terminal..... Any help Thank you

This is definitely possible with Team Management! Square Team Management has tools to help you manage your team easily – across locations, devices, and job functions. It has a free plan and paid plan, Team Plus, to meet your business needs. 

This will allow you to create multiple permission sets and wages that correlate to your team members and their job function at your business. This means managers and cashiers can see and do different things within your account, and you can track labour cost, sales, and shifts for each. 

This will also include features such as Team passcodes that enable your team to access what they need at your point of sale and/or online Square Dashboard while restricting areas and functions you deem necessary.

You can slso set up some tiers of accessibility, eg sales assistant, assistant manager, manager and assign access privileges. This makes it easier to assign access privileges when new people join you team.
