How to darken boxes on payment forms

Hello,

I have an account on tickettailor.com to setup events and I use square as my payment processor. I linked the two companies together so when a person orders a ticket for my event at tickettailor.com then square will put the payment in my account.

The problem is when I get to the payment stage (for testing purposes) I noticed the boxes where one fills in credit card information are light-grey (much like the input boxes on this forum as I'm typing the question).

I contacted tickettailor for help and they state they cannot control the color of those boxes (because they load them from square website?).

Is there something I can do in my account configuration to make the box outline colours darker and to even have prompts next to the boxes so people know what to type and where?

Some of my customers are over 50 and it would be a disaster if they don't place orders just because they don't know what number to put there.

Hello @osd 

While Ticket Tailor is right about them pulling the fields from our API, in this case, if the default fields are not meeting their or your expectations they will need to reach out to our API team so that they can point them in the right direction to optimize the visibility of these fields.

I also notice the border colors of boxes in this form are bright too.

The API team can be reached from the integrator's Square Developer dashboard (in this case Ticket Tailor would need to reach out and not their customers).
