Hi
When orders are marked "ready" is there anyway we can turn off the system sending an email to the customers? We offer pick up only at certain times and don't want to have an email go when we mark it ready. I have searched everywhere but cant see where I can turn it off. We are a basketball club with set pick up times so dont want to confuse anyone. Thanks

You can disable email notifications that alert customer their order is ready from the Online Overview Page:

Thanks for the reply I did manage to find it eventually and tested and works perfectly. I don't have those options as above but i found it in the accounts and settings area, fulfilment and pick up and then edit and I was able to toggle off there if its helps anyone else. I don't have communications as an option on the left side menu. Thank you foe the reply though.
