If you run your club or DTC on Vincipia, you've probably seen they're shutting
down on August 1, 2026. I wanted to flag it here early so no one gets caught
mid-season, because when the platform goes dark, the systems running your
business go with it member list, club tiers, recurring billing, order
history, and the connections to Square, shipping, etc.
A few things worth doing now, regardless of where you land:
- Export everything while you still can — members, club tiers, billing
schedules, and order history. Don't wait until late July. - Confirm how your Square processing is set up, so you can keep it when you
move (you shouldn't have to change processors over this). - Map your move early. Migrations are calm when you have weeks and stressful
when you have days.
