Finish onboarding?

I am trying to finish setting my account but it keeps telling to finish onboarding and I don't know what that means

Sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up your account. From the message you are getting, it looks like account activation was not completed successfully. I recommend you try visiting our Activation Page to get this sorted.
