I am new to square.
I have 5 people on my customer list who provided emails but the campaign is not going to them. How do I subscribe them to email when they joined it just said stay in the loop and add your email.

From what you've described, it sounds like your customers have filled out a Contact Form online, rather than subscribing to your Square Marketing emails. The subscription usually occurs via the Checkout page when customers are completing their purchases. They'll see a checkbox option on this page, asking if they want to receive marketing communications.
It's crucial that customers explicitly provide their consent to receive Square Marketing. However, if you have already received this consent and wish to update your customer preferences, you can do so by navigating to your Customer Directory in either the app or online Dashboard, and following the steps outlined in this online guide.

I can see this is your first post, I'd like to welcome you to the seller community!
In your dashboard take a look at your customer directory and apply the 'Marketing Subscriber' filter.
Do the customers in question show up. I'm not sure exactly where you've collected the emails, but the customer can have an email associated but not opted into marketing. (Perhaps take a look at one of the customers - Under Marketing it should say "EMAIL STATUS Subscribed"

I looked in customer directory it says clients are unsubscribed. I checked filter its there. It is ghosted on customer file to subscribe to marketing. This is getting too hard to just market. I need to have this very easy. I can't believe it's this difficult to do.
