How do I contact Square on the telephone in Australia. I need to talk to someone as i have set up something wrong on my account and I need someone to look at it and talk me through the changes needed to get this working I have been trying for 4 days HELP

Getting them to answer is clearly the trick
I have a situation with the a/c as well and i cant reach anyone as i dont haave a customer no. is there any way to talk to a person as i got a large amount stuck in balance. But we cant login to update the payment details.

Sorry to hear about the trouble!
What issues are you having signing in? You can set a new password if you're currently locked out of your account via the sign-in page by clicking "forgot password". Your bank details can be updated under Account & Settings > Business Information > Bank Accounts once you've signed in.
It's also possible that there is an outstanding information request form, which you'd be able to see via your dashboard when signed in. We temporarily suspend transfers to linked bank accounts until the review is resolved, which generally happens within two business days.

So you ring and they text you a mesage back with a link for a chat, but not in person. Meant to be more customer efficient. 100 percent not more efficient. It's more time consuming and frustrating.
