Bump KDS

Hi

Really liking the look of the new Bump KDS. Only poblem is tickets only show after a customer has paid. I asked the guys at Bump if there is a way to show tickets when the ticket is saved rather than when the customer has paid, and they say you are working on it? 

Could you let us know how long it will be before Bump allows tickets to be displayed before payment is taken?

This one has me confused - I thought all the KDS apps used a printer station to get the information from Square to display (& so would show the order straight away with a saved ticket). 

Is this one working differently? It's not one I've seen before, but could put it to use

Hi @Alittlecafe, thank you for flagging this! I've actually reached out to our Partnership team regarding this and it looks like it was developed by Bump themselves, so we wouldn't have a lot of visibility.

However, in theory, once the ticket is saved, it will be send to the kitchen printer and display system by Square, so it might be that Bump works slightly different, so it might take a while to configure it fully and make the flow work more smoothly.
