With our online shop, when an order is fulfilled, I mark it as complete in the system, and an email gets sent to the recipient to say it's on its way.
But sometimes I forget to do my bit. So, is there a way to mark an order as complete but NOT have it send out the email as it's a bit silly for them to receive one weeks after the order as been delivered.

I had a play around with this myself and it doesn't look like there's a way to turn off sending the order completion email at this time. When an order is marked as completed, the customer will always get an email.
It's definitely something I'll share with our team as a feature request!
