Currently the loyalty customer can see what items they qualify to purchase, but they want to see how many points need to purchase the item they want.
Suggestion: Add a PDF with points earned and points needed for each item.
This way the can see based on the number of point they have, what it take to get the point for the item they want.
My situation - OG Subs: A customer purchases OG Italian Subs (1 to 10 ration in loyalty points). They purchased 3 subs and earned 150 points but need 500 to redeem for a free Italian sub. What they see on the redeem is a 6" Pizza sub! They are getting discouraged and want to see how many points they need to get the items they want. Now I understand that doing a calculation of each item would be very difficult, but if you provide a PDF for them the view our loyalty points earned and redeemed for each item, this would provide some understanding for the customer.
