Mark modifier as unavailable for DoorDash

Need to be able to mark modifiers is unavailable for doordash and internal only.  

Functionality exists for items strongly needed for modifiers as the majority of our modifiers are contextual to the product and not necessarily relevant to a consumer purchasing without that context.

I've updated the status to "Open". This step in the Feature Request process will be a time in which other Square Sellers can add their use cases to your idea to make it stronger and demonstrate further how much it is needed. @_Violet we have this issue as well.

Example: we sell a wrap that has lettuce, tomatoes & onions. We created modifiers in order for in restaurant servers to be able to easily adjust an order. We then disabled this modifier for online use with our Square website, because online customers can simply type in 'No tomatoes' in the 'Special Instructions' field. This works well, until we found out that turning off modifiers for our website didn't reflect on Doordash. Turns out Doordash pulls the menu from the item library and not from the Square website.

After hours on the phone with Doordash we found a workaround. @f5711 you will have to call Doordash and ask them to remove the modifiers for you manually using their internal 'Dynamic Menu Editor'. You will get a couple of customer service agents that will tell you it's not possible or they don't know. Keep calling till you get the right person... You'll need to speak with the POS Integration team from Doordash. 

This is a big headache especially when you have these modifiers on each menu item and you have multiple locations. Also, from time to time this hack of a fix might break and you'll have to call Doordash to do these steps all over again.
