Feature Request: More Pickup Prep Time Options

Hi,

I'd like to request that the team adds "10 minutes" as a pickup time interval. In a cafe environment, there's a big difference between 5 minutes of prep (too short when there's several orders) and 15 minutes of prep (too long when there's just an order or two).

Right now the options are: immediate, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hr, 1.5 hrs, etc.

Can we organise more time intervals for order prep times. We are a takeaway pizzeria and ordinarily a prep time of 15mins is suitable for standard operating times, however during "busy" periods, 15mins is too short and 30mins is too long.

Can we organise more prep time intervals?

I don't have an ETA for the release of this specific feature, however I am aware our team are working on a lot of new features and refining existing ones for Online Store. We'll be sure to update this forum as we release new features, I can ping you in this thread as well!

Please just open the timing to any time amount. We would like to adjust as business adjust. 15,20,25 etc. 

should be a super simple change. Would be very helpful. thank you

We could also use some additional Prep Time options. The GAP between 2 hours and 5 hours does not work for us. Please just add either more option, or allow custom prep times.

@AirPlay - Totally understand that prep time doesn't offer the ability to customize times. I don't have an exact ETA for the inclusion of this feature, but we're definitely working on improving prep time settings. We continually make changes and improvements based on seller feedback, so keep it coming!

I've passed it on to our product team - additional order prep time options are a feature we're tracking, I can totally see that having more granular increments would be useful. I'll post back here if I hear any news relating to more prep time options becoming available!
