Email/sms receipts clickable URL that links to your own external reviews page, e.g. Google reviews

Currently there is a square feedback system that customers can click on from an email or sms with a happy or unhappy face, this then gets posted as feedback on Square account.

It would be so useful if this can be edited to allow the url to point to external reviews url, e.g. in my case, Google (a shortened url that goes to review page for my business).

The workaround is custom text but that is not clickable so is a bit of a bother for people and likely will not leave feedback.

The content of receipts sent via email and SMS cannot be edited at the moment. 

There is an alternative to this if you use Square Online. You can enable customer reviews directly from your Square Online Overview Page. This will send your customers a clickable link allowing them to review their experience purchasing products from your website. These customer reviews are visible to others, making them a great way to help build confidence in potential buyers and possibly increase online sales. You can also review the comments and decide whether to display them on your site.

To enable customer reviews:

1. From your Square Online Overview page, go to Items > Customer Reviews.
2. Select Enable customer reviews.
3. Choose the amount of time you want to wait before automatically sending a review request to customers via email.

We only use Invoices and would appreciate a way for customers to leave feedback from within an invoice. Currently, there is no way to do this that I'm aware of.

I reached out to the Square Invoices Product Team for more insight. They've let me know that the ability to link to an URL is not currently on the roadmap, but this is an incremental improvement that the Product Team can add to their backlog of feature requests.
