Create automatic discounts in online store

Currently you can create automatic discounts for certain items during a specific timeframe but it only works for SquareUp or the POS side. It does not work for Square Online. You have to create a coupon or sale price that is managed manually. Adding the automatic discount for the online store would be helpful.

Hi @christina9900, welcome to the Seller Community and thank you for raising this!

This is a very popular feature request and from my last conversation with our ECOM team, we're working on this feature one piece at a time as there are a few moving parts in the backend. We'll continue to work on enabling discounts to work for both Square Online and Point of Sale app but I don't have a timeline on when this will be available.

I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
