I feel both have their place depending on the needs, budget, and belief's of the consumer.

Oooo I have many thoughts on this, many of them with personal biases that are irrelevant, so let's go with the facts.

I am a certified clinical trichologist (think forensic hairstylist...hair diagnostician...science stylist). It's the bridge between dermatology and cosmetology, focusing specifically on the scalp and its health. This could include help with hair loss, maintaining what you already have, and figuring out how to live comfortably with what you have (psoriasis, eczema, etc.).

SO! In terms of permanent solutions in the way of hair transplants, I say absolutely not. Do I think temporary fixes using beauty products is the answer? No and yes? If the temporary product is for an occasional fill-in [you have photos coming up and you want to apply root powder at your hairline to "thicken" it up] then I'm all for it! But if that's being used an ongoing, daily solution, we gotta figure something else out.

That's where I come in. I can work with you to figure out what route you want to take to effectively prevent hair loss. This is one area (overall scalp health) that true quick fixes are not your friend.

That's tough to say! I think there is a need for both and can be complimentary services to each other. People who invest in surgeries, I imagine, would also invest in beauty products to prolong their results and continue to enhance their features.
