What’s one small change inside Square Appointments that noticeably improved your bookings?

One small thing that really made a difference for us inside Square Appointments was tightening up how our services are listed and described. Over time, I realized that when clients clearly understand what they’re booking, it cuts down on confusion, helps them choose the right service the first time, and honestly makes the day flow smoother for everyone.

 

It sounds simple, but even small adjustments — like renaming a service, clarifying what’s included, or cleaning up the order of the menu — can make a noticeable difference. I’m always curious what little tweak other business owners have made inside Square that ended up helping more than expected. Sometimes the smallest changes really do have the biggest impact 😊

I’m trying to get an issue fixed for our appointments and the way e-gift cards are used for services on our online website.

 

a small change we had was trying to consolidate cards or figure out a discount to the appointment for people that faced frustration when not using their card. Or get ahead of the issue by contacting them.
