Hi @BaileyInSA  Fellow 30+ yr Stylist here also ! There's not many of us around lol 🤷🏻‍♀️  Your business sounds very similar to mine, very long term clientele built by work of mouth.  I've been thinking about selling products online thru square as you started doing but don't know if the time taken to do so is worth the payback.  Do you find you sell more online than in the salon ? Or is the online just another option for clients for in between appts? Do you charge a separate shipping cost ? or do you slightly upcharge the product to cover it? Thanks for any info you're willing to share! Nice to 'meet' you here!
