Hi everyone,
I am building an integration with Square and would appreciate some feedback.
In a nutshell, the app listens to Square transactions and will automatically send out Google review invitations via email and SMS, as soon as a customer makes a payment and receives a receipt.
It takes a few clicks to turn on the integration. Below is how it works.
I've already set this up for a number of Square businesses in Retail and Commerce sector. I wonder if something like this might be helpful for businesses in Beauty and Wellness ?

I have just found the link you sent for me to set this up. I have pulled up stumps when it’s asks for permission for me to allow Review Circle to be able to
“See, edit, create and delete vour Google business listings”.
This concerns me !
@9662EU I definitely understand our user concerns and I think Google did a great job in raising awareness. At the same time, this is the only API scope that Google provides to all Google app partners, even though our app never uses the delete scope. If you use any applications in this space, you will see the exact same scope being asked.
I also want to note that, we have worked with Google partner team and have completed our partner verification process. The process required our team to submit application flows, demo, and API scopes for Google team to check and approve. Apps would not even be able to ask for permissions, had they not been verified by Google.
My co-founders and I have also founded prior tech companies and led them to SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance. We're committed to building the best product in the space and, more importantly, protecting our customer data.
You can also try the app with a test Google business profile first to see the quality of the app, prior to connecting your main Google profile.

I’m having difficulty connecting review circle to Square.
When I hit the “connect to square” tab, nothing happens.
I have turned on instant profile in Customer Directory. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong ?

OK I’m looking at your review circle and I see that you have the ability to see a lot of pertinent information. Is that some thing that I should be worried about? I don’t feel that client wants a third-party to see their pertinent information.
I would LOVE this! I own a tanning salon and we really work off of reviews. It would be great to auto send a message to clients who leave requesting a review. I will send you a message. Thanks for creating this!
