@ARaytheBarber this is a new feature that is currently being rolled out for testing right now! Please keep an eye on your Dashboard for when the feature becomes available to you.

I can tell you we are not using it to track Appointments. It's information on past/upcoming appointments with various service providers is incorrect.  It just does not know how to parse the data.

Issue we had: It says we have 189 Palo Santo sticks. I look at inventory, tracking is off. So I tell ManagerBot. It says, "Oh yeah, the API call is telling me it's 189, but tracking is off." 

So I tell it set inventory to 0, then turn off tracking. ManagerBot wants to make it Out of Stock. I don't want that. I just want inventory: null, tracking off.
