Congrats on your new business!!  It is so fun and a bit scary starting something new.

To help find leads I find word of mouth is best.

Ask all your friends and family if they know anyone interested in your business.

Are there businesses near yours that you could partner with to promote?

Have you tried asking your current clients for referrals and social media shoutouts?

Join local networking groups/events--skip any with exorbitant membership fees that never payoff.

Google ads are great once you have an established online presence.

Good luck!

Nice work on your business!!

Are you on IG? Post videos, make a reel, and reach out to everyone who follows you and educate on what you offer!

Could you partner with a business that does meal prepping? They aren't direct competitor but have a lead source - they're like your niche neighbor ๐Ÿ˜‰
