All that media

I’m curious to know, what social media outlets have you found the most useful in engaging customers or receiving feedback? Not just for putting yourself out there, but to interact with your guests? There’s so many different platforms and I’ve recently tried out a few. I’m wonderful where other people have had the most sucess? Any experiences you found useful or particular sites you found difficult/not worth the time? So far I’m feeling Patreon and just my regular website are maybe the best for me. I’m new to the media stuff so I’m just starting to get into a routine posting frequently and am excited to see how things progress.

Hey @EmTheWildeGirl, welcome to the Seller Community and thank you for this question! I wanted to link you to a guide in the Bottom Line which talks more about social commerce with examples and tips!

Also, wanted to tag some fellow community members to potentially add some of their own insights too! @sugarlab@Doran@alexandriak, & @tam-rvc

Thank you for sharing, especially in regards to Patreon being a platform for business. I have it but didn’t know how incorporate it. I post on all platforms such as IG, Snapchat, FB, Thread (x) YouTube. Social media is where everyone is so I make it know where I’m at and folks engage on all. Post on all those platforms stay engaged and people will give feedback and some won’t but I understand.

Love this question!! I have found my own independent Facebook group has been incredible for community engagement. I do have to add two posts a week and go through and engage with posts, but it is so much fun.
