Will Square take a capital payment (%) from a "non-sale" deposit we transfer to our Square checking?

When transferring NON-SALE money into our Square Checking Account, will Square automatically take a Capital repayment percentage from that deposit amount?

We pay rent from our Square checking, and often need additional (non-sales) money to cover rent.  When using a credit/debit card for this, Square assumes it's a POS, and takes a Capital payment percentage (Fare enough, according to the agreement). HOWEVER,  if we transfer money from an outside bank (using our Square routing/account) will Square take a Capital payment from that deposit??  Since it is NOT a "SALE" as stated in the agreement, I assume Square should not.

@saabreplay from what I understand the repayment is based on the credit card sales of the business, not the deposited amount so to speak.  I don't believe the use of the account would have anything to do with it.  I guess what I am saying, you having a square bank account doesn't mean anything as I could have a loan with a non-square bank account.  Square never even sees our transactions so I think you should be good.  I am sure a mod may chime in here to confirm.
