Square loans 2026

Hi! I am currently @ 49% paid of my 8th loan with square. Typically offers have come in at around 50-60% since. I have seen a few people mentioning that they now do a soft credit pull and am wondering if this pertains to personal credit or business credit?

New offers are not automatically extended when a certain percentage of an existing loan is repaid, but your business may become eligible for a new offer when your existing plan is closer to being repaid. This timing helps to ensure a significant portion of a new loan can be used to reinvest in your business directly rather than repaying your existing loan balance.

Keep in mind that we can’t guarantee that another offer will be extended before or after the current plan is complete. Repaying your existing plan does not guarantee that your business will be eligible for another offer.

Yes, of course. My biz is a part of a parent company so I do see loan offers for other locations pop up on mine as pre approvals, which is annoying haha. There was one for another location this AM, but not for me:(

I received an offer 

86% paid off 

but it’s half than the last loan 

even the sales are up. 
its ok. They are still giving away some loans

I am currently at 84% and I still haven’t received an offer. Praying to receive one very soon.

How many loans have you had in the past? Sales up for the year? Running transactions daily?

I am on my 6th loan right now . Payments have been much the same and I usually get an offer at the highest at about 70-80% 😑

This is just my opinion, but if your yearly sales aren’t beating the prior years, I wouldn’t expect a loan early. I’ve always assumed my early offers were because of the growth from year to year.

Your opinion is correct. Although nothing is written in stone but on the whole it does state that they are looking for increased sales (swipes) the amount of swipes (dollar amount) increases and new customers vs returning customers. All of these indicators are showing a good healthy and growing business vs maintaining. Early offers all have those factors. There are some businesses that are triple sales year over year and still waiting for an offer. Thank you, for your reply. We do have some great business owners back here that help out others and honestly we are our best resources.

I am showing green in all categories right now and I have a huge increase in new customers 🥺 I have a huge opportunity coming up and a loan would help tremendously so I’m praying for an offer soon

I saw 2 on different loan threads. Both upper 80-90% less than the previous offer but they did accept it. No details other than that 😩
