Thats great! Ya they seemed to have tightened up. Ive always had my loans paid within about 4-5 months. Im at 54% all green (always all green) and no offer. our first offer 14,600/ 2nd offer 21.200 and this loan was 46,200.00 In about 3.5 months we have paid in 54% Funny thing is my sales dipped from last month , only because im near Tahoe, and all of th ski parks closed early. We own a catering and private chef business. Although my sales are down from last month, they are 453% over last year at this time, so go figure lol. Good luck to everyone but i would love another offer to get bulked up for our season, but I dont think tht is going to happen anytime soon.
