Hi @ohboi. I just want to clarify. Looking at my first photo below, which is the main Loans screen, do you not see the link pointed to by the red arrow? Or, is that there, but when you click on it you can’t see the screen shown in my second photo below? Really, in either case, it seems this is an internal problem with your account, since I (for one) can see all of this just fine. I’d recommend calling the Customer Success Team here.
