Square loan eligibility....

So I just finished up a loan with square Ive been with square for a couple years and almost never am offered loans over like 4 years Ive received 4 offers and had all four paid off in 6 months or less. I havent received another offer still and I cant view whats making me business not eligible for another one when I go to the loans page and try to click learn more under the your business isnt eligible at this time the link just takes me to a page that says Im not eligible and if you are youll see loan offer on your loans page but it doesnt show me the eligibility factors that used to show what I needed to work on yo make my business eligible I used to see the factors when I clicked that link but no longer get too see those factors how can this be fixed so I can view whats making me ineligible or what I need to work on to become eligible again??

Hi @MPAV 

It should show you right on that main page without having to click anything else.  Ideally by scrolling down it should show the factors, your projected growth etc.  Have you tried logging into your square account in an incognito browser?  It could be a simple cache issue that is not allowing you to view those.  Let us know!

Yes it isnt a cache issue Ive contacted support directly about it and have been told it doesnt always show those details and to just keep trying but more then a year later same issue still 8 check it daily have tried on multiple pcs and my multiple different phones using the app and a browser but still bada...

Okay so i just tried it from an incognito browser window after clearing my temp files and browser history, Then I went to

squareup . Com logged in that takes me to my dashboard, then I clicked banking, then loans and in the loans window...

It says "YOUR NEXT LOAN"  next to that it says "not eligible" then below that it says...

"Your business isn’t eligible for another loan right now. But you can learn about some factors that affect eligibility and the progress you’re making."

Then theres a link thats says

"View Details..."

Now when most people click "View Details" it will go to the eligibility factors page which it used to take me too as well , however when I click that now ir doesnt take me to that page it takes to a page that says the following...

" Thanks for your interest in Square Loans...

  We want to help every business grow. Unfortunately, your business is not eligible for a loan at this time. If your status changes, you’ll get an invitation email and see your offer here."

But that is all it says now, No Eligibility factors, no status updates,no growth reports or graphs or anything, no I need to work on this or that anymore, just what I quoted above. Thats why I was posting here hoping maybe a Square admin or someth g woild notice and maybe get it fixed i even tried calling about it again was told it was escalated to the engineering team and i would receive a reply and Again just the last 50timesi called and emailed about I get no reply at all no fix, no fuk off's, no anything just crickets... Thats why its so frustrating I have paid square almost 6k in fees this year processes 160k in transactions paid 1000$ in loan fees for 1 loan and I cant even get a reply about from anyone at Square,  boy let me tell you it makes me feel like a super valued customer for sure...LOL
