So one day i was out of town for a convention and we generally use our square debit card for all purchases because its very convenient to access our funds. One day it kept getting declined to I contacted support to see what the issue was. They told me to cancel the card reorder a new one so i did that. When it still didn't work I again contacted them and they said to do it again. That must have automatically triggered something because then when I tried to activate the new card it kept saying there was a problem to try again later. So i contacted support again and they started that they closed my checking account due to, too many card cancelations or something of the sort. So i am getting punished for doing what you guys asked me to, i told them. Their response was we cannot go any further into it and that was that. Has this happened to anyone before?
