They Took An Ach withdrawal from my account double The Amount it should have been from a. Card I didn’t Authorize them To Use n over drafted My Account

Could you please provide more information about why they did this? Loan payment, were you behind, did you set up a prepayment or pay it off? Why were they set up to take or debit your account in the first place? Thank you that will help get you to the right place.

Is this why? In your loan agreement, it breaks down early payments, paying off, or if you don't meet your 90-day agreement with them or whatever agreement date you choose. This is why I am asking for more information. That way you can get to the right department.
