How to get my account verified

I’ve had square loans before and paid them off. now I get offers and get denied because of needing to verify identity. How do I fix this problem?

did they ask for ID, verify bank account, EIN, or SSN? All these are ways to verify to follow banking and FDIC rules now. Linking your bank account is a big help also
