Does anyone have a better understanding of this fee information?

- ACH bank transfer (via API): 1%, $1 min, $5 fee cap
- $0 fees for ACH transactions deposited into Square Checking
My take on this: There wont be any fees (processing fee, transfer fee, any fee) if I use square checking account for depositing the money if my customer uses ACH. If a customer pays $100 for invoice then I will get $100 deposited to my square checking account. I am using square API in my application that collects payment.
Is my understanding correct?
