Using Square Invoicing with ShipStation fulfillment?

I just signed up for the free ShipStation trial because I use Square for my payments and invoicing and was looking for a way to automate my shipping and I saw that Square was connected so I got exite. (I currently use GoShippo which is okay but I still have to manually enter each order/address and there is no customer address book.)

However, I just now realized (after signing up, of course!) that I don't actually have a Square store that utilizes orders. I input orders manually into the Square POS app and then create and email an invoice. Is it possible to somehow still sync these "orders" with ShipStation? It looks like I can create a customer address book there, so that's a bonus, but I'd love to be able to ask for their shipping info and then have that sync to ShipStation after they enter and pay their invoice.

I'm just hoping there's a way to get more automation than I currently have. I don't need a TON of major business use (I might have 20 packages on a good month) but I love automation... Any guidance you can give would be greatly appreciated!

Any update to this? I would really like my invoice to be integrated with shippo. It would save so much time.

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).

Square really needs to take the lead on this. This would be a dynamic feature that would propel square in the processing industry for transferring paid invoices into shipping softwares. 

I gave up with Shipstation and moved to Shout - it integrates decently with Square.

Does it import paid invoices?

Shout keeps track of which invoices have been paid. Is that what you mean?

Any updates on the invoice integration with Square Invoices and Shipstation?

Thank you guys all for your input on this feature request! I actually moved this thread over to the Ideate Board, which is our new process of tracking feature requests. At this moment there is no further update on this request. I know how important this feature is and understand it is extremely frustrating waiting for something to be built out. As soon as we have any further updates we will make sure to come back and update this thread. We appreciate your input! 🙂

This is an extremely important feature if Square wants shops to use their invoicing system.  

We have recurring invoicing set-up with Square which works well, but we do not have a Square Store nor do we want one.

 

We have PayPal and Etsy already setup with ShipStation which works great.  PayPal is payments only, like we wanted to use Square for.  If we can get PayPal invoices, we should be able to get Square invoices.

 

This feature has been requested since 2018, and this should not be a difficult integration for Square.  

Come on guys, let's get this done.
