We have a restaurant and use square POS but would like to use them for payroll however our servers keep 75 percent of their tips 25 percent goes to a pool of the kitchen staff and hosts. Delivery driver keeps 90 percent, tips 10 to kitchen and hosts. Kitchen and hosts keep all take out tips. We are small so our staff frequently interchange rolls. i would like to have a way to have each employee “clock in” under their tip category for that day. I would like to be able to customize tip distribution. Much more automated. Not having to do it manually (myself or via square) would be ideal.
