It would be really helpful if there was some sort of indication in the list of time cards in the payroll app that identified which role was being used for the hours that were claimed by each employee
For example
Russell = 10 hours
Russell 8am to 10am 9/9 Manager = 2
Russell 10am to 8pm 9/9 Attendant = 8
Benjamin = 10 hours
Benjamin 8am to 10am 9/9 Trainee = 2
Benjamin 10am to 8pm 9/9 Attendant = 8
But the current way you have it set up, I am forced to go into each time card to check to make sure that they didn't choose a higher paying role during the time designed for a lower paying role.
For example, imagine the situation above was what it is supposed to be, but the employees made a mistake and reversed the clock-in roles.
