Hi Lou8 I have managed to get this sorted now, I had to log out of restaurants app and sign in as the standard POS to get this card on. Then log back into restaurants. The issue is still there and I’m happy to send you a video or image to show that you cant get past the verification stage to add a card.
Thanks @PeonyGK . Can you confirm that you were able to assign yourself a badge in the end, going through the regular POS instead of Restaurants ? Or are you still unable to ?

yes I have managed to do it via the normal pos but not via the restaurants. Also I removed the videos as it had all the staff information showing on the video. I didn’t think that one through. If you could send me an email I’d be happy to share privately with you.
