Sending Invoices and Contracts Together

Hi,
We are looking for ways in which you can send the invoice out through square invoices with the contract attached and aligned to the customer the invoice is going out to.

Currently we have to send the invoice out and then send the contract out after or vice versa.

Is there anyway in which you can send each of these together in a streamlined and simple manner with it all going to the one individual at once.

You can attach a contract to an invoice at the same time you're sending out the invoice. Here's how:

 

1. Go to the Invoices tab in your online Square Dashboard.
2. Select Send an Invoice.
3. Fill out the required invoice details, and select Attach a Square Contract in the More Options section.


4. Use the search tool to select the Square Contract you want to attach, then click Save.

Unfortunately that only enables us to attach contracts that have already been made. We are looking for a way in which they can be done together for the first time for any new clients rather than having to it step by step.

Hope that makes sense but we are well aware of how to attach them we are wanting to know if you can attach contracts that haven't been made and make it a 2 steps in 1 situation.

Thank you for clarifying, @Ram04! You're right, at this time, contracts would have to be created before they can be attached to an invoice. It doesn't look like this is currently something on our release radar, but I'd be happy to pass your feedback on to our team for consideration.

We would love if this was passed on to the team as it would make our whole purchasing and invoicing process so much easier and less backwards like it currently is.
