See client's upcoming appointments in their customer profile

Why can't I see a customer's upcoming appointments in their customer profile in the customer directory?  There's no way to search for a customer to see their booked appointments???

I’ve reached out to our Appointments team for some clarity around the expected behavior of Customer Directory, and what you’ve reported. I will be back in touch here, as soon as I have an update from them.

I've had confirmation from our product team, that the ability to view upcoming appointments from the customer information blade of your Customer Directory should now be available on your Dashboard. 

When you first got in touch, the feature hadn't been fully rolled out to all markets, but this should now be available to all of our Irish sellers.

If you have any trouble viewing this on your Directory, just let me know.
