We do caterings or larger orders which are placed by customers sometimes 2 hours or 3 weeks before the customer needs it. Many of these require the customers to pay beforehand, but we can't save it in the system to fire off when It is actually scheduled to go out. A function to be able to schedule these orders would be great. Allowing us to select a date/time/prep time leads for when it needs to be done by would greatly help.
