Order Ticket Printer Star Tsp100 Series Printers Ticket Buzzer Sounding

I have installed the Star Micronics Kitchen Buzzer/Ticket Alarm (BU01-24-A) to my Star Tsp143iiiw WIFI Printer and am using it to automatically print order tickets wirelessly in my kitchen. The only problem is the only way it will send the signal to sound is if I print a receipt and the printer uses the drawer kick function to do this process. If it isn't too difficult I would like to be able and nearly 10,000 other sellers would like to be able to have the option to enable a buzzer for in person order tickets. This thread has been started previously called "Can I install Star Micronics Kitchen Buzzer/Ticket Alarm (BU01-24-A)?" Thank you for your time

Hey there @Mike1445

Thank you so much for joining others requesting this feature. My personal understanding is that the port where the buzzer is connected is influenced by the action sent to open the drawer. This would mean that we would have to open the drawer every time a ticket is received for the buzzer to sounds. This may result in opening and closing the drawer every time the buzzer goes off which is not a convenient task to complete.

However, I will still pass your feedback over to our product team for their visibility and consideration when working on future development.
