Online Order Updates Emails

When I get a customer place an order online, they get an order confirmation email.

When I set this order to 'In Progress' the customer doesnt get notified, can this be added to the emails that get sent please.

That way, when I start to produce the item, the customer knows its started and can not be changed.

The shipping email they get when its out for delivery is fine, we just need an automatic one for the inbewteen stage.

Hi @thecraftygs, thanks for your post. 

From your Square Online Dashboard > Communications > Email & Text Alerts > Email Previews, you should be able to edit & send an 'order shipped' notification.

Sorry, I get the shipped ones and I get the order confirmation ones.

I would like to have an in progress email which isn't there currently
