Invoices to Orders

Hi Community, 

Is anyone aware of a way that you can turn 'paid invoices' into orders so they appear in the order screen? 

We're a cupcake shop that sells instore and online. For larger events or special orders we have  an enquiry form on our website. When we get an enquiry, we turn it into an estimate (quote) and wait for the customer to accept. Once accepted, it automatically becomes an invoice. Once paid, it would be so helpful to have the paid invoice converted to an order. We currently have to keep a record of paid invoices and their dates, so we prepare the invoice order on the correct day. It would be SO helpful if they automatically appeared in orders.

At the moment there is no way to push an invoice through to appearing as an online order - Square Invoices and Square Orders are managed as seperate products and they don't currently link in this manner.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback though! The use-case you've highlighted here demonstrates how it would provide value to your business if it were something to be built in the future. I've moved your post to our Feature Requests board so we can track it moving forward.
