Importing transaction data from old system

Could there be a way to import more data when switching from another system to square? I have been using Vagaro for the past year and would like to switch to Square because the booking feature seems a little more user friendly and the fees are lower. I think it would be beneficial if we could import more data such as past transactions - especially outstanding gift card transactions. That way we can run more accurate reports and don't have to import hundreds of gift card transactions.

Great question! On Square, you cannot import sales from another system, however, you can export Summaries and Reports from the Online Square Dashboard. You may want to consider using a third-party platform that does integrate with Square, such as Quickbooks. You can also look in our Square App Marketplace for more options.
