Holiday/time off Reports

It would be very useful if i could generate time off reports, we run payroll every 2 weeks and it would be very useful to be able to generate a report of who was off and when during that period. Reason being at present we have to do this manually and with well over 100 team members this is a long winded process, compared to something that could be done at the click of a button.

Does anyone know how to generate a report for staff holidays, within a set period. I am using square team and staff are booking holidays etc but i cant find a way to generate a report for who has had what holidays. I am manually having to record them, and with over 100 staff its easy to miss one.

Staff put the requests in on their app, i approve or denie them on the dashboard, but thats it its then gone and i cant generate a who had what report

Any help I will be grateful

I had a look into this and it looks like this would be a feature request at the moment. 

 

We don't have any report or workaround to generate a report of all time-off logged. I have reached out to our Shifts team directly for some more information to see if we are developing a report like this and I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Hi @Astoria, just following up here with confirmation that this is something that's being actively worked on, but not something we currently offer. 

 

I don't have a timeline on when such a report will be available, but I will be sure to let you know on this thread of any updates. For now, booked time off is viewable from within the Team app.
