Feature Request: Schedule classes + group sessions + multiple clients during one time slot

Has anyone successfully used Appointments to schedule classes taught to clients/gneeral public?  Looking for tips. Thanks!

It allows to schedule classes where you can set a max limit on the attendees.  It’s useful for anyone to does more then a 1-on-1 type of service.  I’m looking at Vagaro.com since Square is missing these features for years now.  Also, please add the ability to apply a coupon or discount when booking. This is helpful if we have 100% prepayment setting turned on.

Hi @amurasso - I moved your message over here since your question is actually a feature request. We'll update this thread as we learn more information, but as of now, Square Appointments currently doesn't support group bookings.

I noticed allot of users here are using or trying MindBody for class systems and don't like it too much.   Has anyone tried Vagaro.com or other sytsems with any success?

Hi Everybody,

It's been two years since I was waiting for Square the fonction " book a class".
I know it's still not possible but there is a trick using a square-compatible application.
You have the choice between 2 or 3 applications.
I have tested and approved Acuity Scheduling. There are several packages ,from free to $ 50.00 per month. This price is fair because just the Square Appointement is at $30.00 and do not make same fonction
I took this one $ 50.00 and I am very satisfied.
This can be an option that fulfills the function of book a class for my activity and at the same time allows me to continue using Square with its benefits.
Moreover, it is easy to use. you synchonize Acuity and Square and on your website your do not have to put the link from square but the link from Acuity and money go directly on your bank account. You can check each transaction on your Square account and do what you want like refund....
I recommand it.

Hi Square! Have there been any advances regarding this feature? Or is it best to go with an alternate platform for multiple bookings per appointment?
