Feature Request - Input forms without mandatory contact details

All the form types available needs providing some type of contact details. It would be really nice to have an option where contact details are not mandatory.

Use case: Taking anonymous feedbacks via polls etc.

I can see how having the option to make contact details optional would be useful for different types of forms - especially onces where you're trying to garner feedback. I'll go ahead and pass this suggestion on to our eCom team for consideration. In the meantime, you could check out some of the App Integrations that allow you to utilise forms with Square.
