Feature Request: Customize the Out of Stock message for one of a kind (OOAK) items

I sell one of a kind items. How do I mark an item as SOLD in the Online store?

This is important - how can we mark an item as SOLD as distinct from unavailable?  Completely different messages. The first one is a positive message, one of success on the part of the seller, the other suggests the item has been withdrawn, is not ready for sale, but maybe soon, the seller is just needing to get organised etc.  Why can't a SOLD banner be introduced when the inventory has clicked to zero. Especially important for one of a kind items.

I would like to echo @loranimals request for a custom Out of Stock Indicator. We also sell unique works of art and would like the opportunity to display 'SOLD' instead of the current 'Out of Stock' label. This doesn't seem like a huge ask. As a work-around, I have to disable the label and hand-write SOLD in the item description which is annoying and very inefficient.
