Employee Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program for my customers works phenomenally well and I would love one for my employees. Would be great to have it in the Square Team App. I've seen some out there like https://bonus.ly/

@LukeNieuw I'm intrigued. I followed the link you attached and checked it out. I have actually never heard of this type of thing but it seems really cool. So it is more of a recognition program for employees not really a loyalty program right? What does it look like to you if you were to have one for your team. What types of things would you want in it?

@Lovewell you're exactly right. It's more of a recognition/rewards program. I think because I was relating it to the Loyalty program that's why I called it that. Although it does have that aspect because the idea is to improve retention of your good employees. 

 

To Me, I would automate recognition/rewards for:

  • Company Goals ie. Net Sales
  • Team Member Net Sales/hr Goals
  • Work Anniversaries
  • Birthdays
  • Getting Good Customer Feedback

Also give custom points for

  • continued learning/education
  • intangible achievements
  • peer-peer recognition

To name a few. As operators, we get in the weeds and can miss/forget some of these very important things.

Hey there, @LukeNieuw - 

 

I’ve gone ahead and changed the status of this feature request to “Open”. You provided a great assessment on the potential business use/need for something like this on our platform from a seller’s perspective.

 

This is a useful tool for our Product Team to use as they build the future of our products. As more information becomes available, a Community moderator will come in and change the status letting all of the subscribed sellers know.

Yes i did mention that few years same feature! its would be nice to have that, for better retention.
