It doesn't look like Twitch and Discord are available within the social media icon section at the moment. Agreed, this is not ideal if your business is based around gaming!
I've moved this post to our feature requests board for further tracking and will pass the feedback onto our team. In the meantime, you can add links to these platforms on your website, however not within the predefined social media icon area.
